Paul works as the main liaison between clients and our global network of production professionals. His media & entertainment experience includes production support for content broadcast on BBC, Netflix, Discovery, History & others, but also commercial projects. Paul formerly worked as a staff director for London-based TV channel ShortsTV, the global home of short form entertainment with a presence in the US, Europe, LatAm and Asia.

Maro is a production professional with over 10 years of experience in the media industry, working on TV projects, commercials, docs and films. From Stills to Film, from Casting to Production Management, Maro coordinated projects for emblematic brands such as Samsung, Honda and Porsche, while also working with various directors and journalists throughout his career.

Sergio Carlos

Executive Producer (Portugal/Western Europe)

Sérgio Carlos is a versatile and experienced filmmaker. He began as an Assistant Director, then quickly acquired the skills for Location Scouting and Casting Direction as well. He is based in Lisbon, and at the same time working nationwide or overseas. Being a polyglot (speaks 4 languages), most of his work is in international productions from all over the world. Besides Portugal, he has filmed in Spain, France, Italy, Belgium, Sweden & Cuba. His name is linked to dozens of productions of all genres (feature & short films, TV films series & shows, music videos, documentaries, commercials, photo productions, etc).

Producer (Peru/LatAm)

Lizeth is a bilingual Peruvian documentary filmmaker and producer for international outlets and directors. Among others, she develops documentaries for Al Jazeera. Focusing on Peru and Latin America, Lizeth works with passion to find great characters, arrange local facilities, do translations and film.

Junho Lee

Producer (Korea/Asia)

Junho has comprehensive experience working as a fixer/local producer for international production companies filming in South Korea. He has contributed to various genres, from wildlife and social documentaries to news media, and independent movies. He works with a contractor crew based in Seoul which started as a music video team and is now expanding their production capabilities.

Anca brings 11+ years of experience in brand & corporate communication acquired in global companies, including Discovery Networks in Central and Eastern Europe.
